The system also allows for the tracking of customer telephone contact, as well as all written correspondence received in a particular matter. Perfect Practice allows the firm to communicate electronically with many client platforms for seamless and efficient transmission of information. The firm conducts an annual disaster recovery exercise to ensure all systems and staff are well prepared for any unforeseen business disruptions.

Heavner, Beyers & Mihlar, LLC’s collection department uses CollectMax as its case management system.  This system not only allows for the efficient management of the collection process, it also provides a fail-safe mechanism for tracking customer telephone contacts and written correspondence, payment postings, as well as fees and costs.

CollectMax allows the firm to communicate electronically with many client platforms for seamless and efficient transmission of information.

The firm's offices are secure and require electronic badge access for all employees, while security cameras monitor and record all door access. All visitors are required to provide valid state-issued identification to enter the building.
