Decatur, IL- October 13, 2021 Today the law firm of Heavner, Beyers & Mihlar, LLC announced that they have hired Illinois native Thomas Voigt, as counsel in a variety of areas in third party creditors’ rights with specific experience in bankruptcy and collections actions. A 2004 graduate of Southern Illinois University Carbondale School of Law, Mr. Voigt is an experienced collections and mortgage servicing attorney.
