Heavner, Beyers and Mihlar, LLC, a majority women-owned firm, and a leader in the area of Creditors’ Rights representation, announced the hiring of Michael Varak and Penny Eilers as they join the firm’s Chicago, Illinois office. Varak and Eilers both join the firm’s litigation team and will also support the Illinois foreclosure and eviction practices. With over 30 years of combined experience representing lenders and mortgage servicers, Varak and Eilers will both be integral members of the firm’s industry-leading legal team.
