Profile:
Mr. Mihlar oversees all aspects of the bankruptcy process, as they pertain to creditor practice in Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13. Included among those activities are actions related to proofs of claim, confirmation proceedings, motions for relief from stay and motions for adequate protections, adversary proceedings and defending preference claims. In addition, Faiq is experienced in all aspects of residential mortgage foreclosure practice, ordinance violations/condemnation proceedings and Missouri collections. His memberships include the Decatur Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, Missouri State Bar Association, American Bankruptcy Institute and Bankruptcy Association of Southern Illinois.
